You always went above, beyond, and sometimes had to maneuver sideways, backwards and upside down! It was a tough house to sell, in an impossible market and we were not the easiest clients. I will always appreciate how you kept generating the good in the situation and how you never lost sight of Richard's humanity and all that is wonderful about him.
